General Questions

Does Zorex sell to the general public?

No, Zorex only distributes to licensed and/or certified health care professionals.

If you are a health care professional would like set up a professional account, please contact us or apply to create an account.

For patients, please contact your health care professional about ordering Zorex products.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the Zorex shipping policy?

All orders received before 3:00 p.m. (EST) will be shipped out the same business day. All orders received after 3:00 p.m. (EST) will be shipped out the following business day. 

We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at (800) 679-3027 for charges.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently we only shipped to addresses within the United States.
